To provide the most effective organization to represent, respond to and promote the interests of women in commercial real estate, creating an environment that fosters networking and leadership in the industry.

Vision

To be the association of choice in Alberta for women across all disciplines of commercial real estate to exchange information, develop business contacts, and help each other succeed professionally.

2008 is off to a wonderful start!  Our Members have already enjoyed a lunch and learn session on the 'Art of Networking' with Mandie Crawford and a 'Wine Tasting Event' where we were able to put our networking skills to practice.  Both events were very well received and a good time was had by all.  

As we look forward to more CREW Calgary Events to come over the year, we are also very pleased to announce that CREW Calgary will be the host Chapter for the CREW Network's Spring Delegates Meeting from June 5-6, 2008.  Although the meeting is touted as a 'Delegates Meeting', there are various break-out sessions and activities offered over the two days which are open to all interested members of CREW Chapters. The sessions and activities which will be open to all of our Members are as follows:

Thursday, June 5th - Afternoon
CREW Canada - The First Canadian Roundtable Session (this will be an interactive session involving members of all CREW Canadian Chapters - Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal).

Thursday, June 5th - Evening
Welcome Reception and Dine-Arounds with CREW Network and CREW Canadian Members

Friday, June 6th - Lunchtime
Luncheon with Special Guest Speaker (to be announced shortly - believe me, you do not want to miss this speaker!)

Friday, June 6th - Afternoon
Professional Development Session

Friday, June 6th - Evening
Networking Reception and Dine-Arounds with CREW Network

Further details for all of the above will follow shortly when the CREW Network release 'save the date' and registration information.  We will be sure to create a link on our website to the Network's Registration site once released.  

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for CREW Calgary Members to meet members from all 68 North American CREW Chapters and interact with the Network Board.  We are looking forward to showing our CREW partners all that Calgary has to offer - especially our western hospitality!
