Membership Requirements

New Member Qualifications

1. You must be actively engaged in a substantially full time position  in the commercial real estate industry.    Principal Members are members with 5 or more years experience; Candidate members are members with at least 2 years experience, or at the discretion of the Board of Directors. 
2. Submit a written CREW Calgary application form and one (1) sponsorship reference letter from a current CREW Calgary Member or a business associate that is active in the commercial real estate industry.
3. Applications for membership are subject to review and approval by the Membership Committee or the Directors, who may approve/disapprove an applicant in their sole and reasonable discretion, taking into account, among other factors, the need to balance the membership as to (i) the type of commercial real estate industry represented, and (ii) the number of organizations represented.

Ongoing membership Requirements

Pay annual membership dues (based on the calendar year) in the amount of $320.00 (annual dues may increase each year thereafter). Dues are payable in full with your completed application; we will not process payment until you have been approved as a member.

Note: New member applications accepted in the 4th quarter of the calendar year will be processed for the following calendar year.
