Keynote speaker Dr. Kathryn Dundas, co-owner of Sublime Spa, will teach us how to combat the impact of stress on your life and how to stay grounded so you don’t burn out.

Speaker Bio: Dr. Kathryn Dundas, Medical Director of Primary MD and Sublime Wellness

Dr. Dundas approaches health care with the firm belief that treatment begins with acknowledging that the body, mind and spirit are all interwoven, and if health care is to be effective, she must work with all three. As a medical doctor in charge of a rural Emergency department, Dr. Dundas realized that a great deal of what she was treating in the hospital could be prevented by better health practices. For this reason, Dr. Dundas is devoted to creating a space dedicated to preventative and traditional medicine, where diet, exercise, relaxation and energy are key aspects of healing and wellness.

The goal is to teach you how to take better care of your health and avoid the need to visit a doctor. Dr. Dundas has immersed herself in learning about alternative therapies from around the globe and practicing those that are effective toward better health and healing.
