You must be actively engaged in a substantially full time in the commercial real estate industry. PrincipalMembers are members with 5 or more years experience; Candidate Members are members with at least 2 yearsexperience, or at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
Submit the online application form (below) and upload one (1) sponsorship reference letter from a current CREW Calgary Member or a business associate that is active in the commercial real estate industry.
Applications for membership are subject to review and approval by the Membership Committee or theDirectors, who may approve/disapprove an applicant in their sole and reasonable discretion, taking into account,among other factors, the need to balance the membership as to (i) the type of commercial real estate industryrepresented, and (ii) the number of organizations represented.
ONGOING MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
Annual membership fee for 2012 is $365 for the calendar year ($315 after July 1) plus GST (GST #814266474RT0001). Memberships expire annually on December 31. Approved applicants will be invoiced by CREW Network and provided directions to register their account.
Members must be involved in a substantially full-time position in one or more categories of commercial real estate.
Members must maintain the highest of professional and ethical standards.
Members account must be in good standing.
Dues paid to CREW Calgary are not deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes but may be deductible as business expenses.
New member applications approved in the 4th quarter of the calendar year will be processed for the following calendar year.
