Join CREW Calgary for an evening with Calgary's own George Brookman! Building on our 2017 mission "Calgary: A World Class City." we will hear from George Brookman on his experience in this city. Tables of 8 are now available for purchase of $650.00 -- so bring a friend or two! Dinner will be served and there will be plenty of opportunity for networking.

George’s real estate career began in the sale, leasing and development of commercial real estate in Alberta with the Real Estate Investment group of Manulife. He then served eight years as Vice-President of Development for ATCO Development.

Today George fulfills the role as the C.E.O. and principal shareholder of West Canadian Industries Group, one of Canada's leading digital print, scanning and document management companies, which he acquired in 1986.

We are so excited to be inspired by George at this event which will take place at the Fairmont Palliser, a historic Calgary hotel which opened to the public in 1914 owned by the Canadian Pacific Railway. Fairmont Hotels and Resorts purchased the hotel in 1999. It was named after Captain John Palliser, who explored the area in the 1850s. The hotel has maintained it’s classic charm and is a reminder of the golden era of travel with an elegant and timeless feel.

The Fairmont Palliser is also home to The Enbridge Famous 5 Speaker Series in Calgary which brings women together to celebrate the constitutional ruling that established the right of women to be appointed to the Senate and be defined as “persons” in 1929.
