Speak to Lead: Public Speaking Workshop

Take command of your voice and communicate with confidence and style! Join us for an exciting lunch and learn to enhance your skills in Public Speaking.

Public speaking is often listed as one of the top fears by many, yet it is an extremely valuable skill in the workplace as well as in everyday life.

This workshop will feature a presentation by Helga Bender of Toastmasters Calgary covering topics including how to prepare for a speech to build confidence and deliver it with success. This will be followed by a short workshop activity with some fun topics to practice the points from the presentation, giving participants the opportunity to explore and build upon their public speaking skills in a safe and encouraging environment.

The event will be held in the Indigo Room of the gorgeous new Alt Hotel in East Village. We will have a delicious catered lunch by Charbar as well as an opportunity for networking.
