Oxford Properties Jared Hagen provides leadership development expertise and support to employees across the globe for a large pension fund. He creates development opportunities for entry to senior level managers focusing on leadership presence, team performance, and building effective relationships. He attained his MBA where he focused his attention on the Millennial Generation. He is a graduate from the University of Alberta and is a certified Training and Development professional. 

Jared’s experience has earned him invitations to speak to leaders in London, New York and many cities across Canada. He offers new perspectives on growing yourself as a leader and managing high performing teams. He has a passion for leading innovation and managing complexity.

Jared worked with senior leaders in IT, Private and Public Investment Businesses and Real Estate. Working in Commercial Real Estate for over 12 years has given him the opportunity to support transformational projects, requiring a strong change leader.

Jared lives in Calgary with his wife and has two young daughters ages 12 and 9. When he is not traveling, he spends most of his time with his family.
