Join us for our 2nd Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) Series installment! A safe space to have honest, informative conversations and to ask questions that may not have a place elsewhere.

Join us for coffee at our 2nd AMA in which Laurel Edwards, AACI, P.App, is bringing in her 2 colleagues:  Brennan Yadlowski and Jaye Hubbard, both on the Debt Advisory team at Avison Young.  They will discuss all things Real Estate Finance and Valuation. 

• Are you unsure sure what a cap rate is, and why it matters?
• How do changing interest rates affect our industry? 
• What is mezzanine financing?
• What goes into determining how much a building is worth?

All of these questions and many more will be answered. The floor is open to any and all questions related to real estate finance and valuation.
