AMA Series: Successful Project Delivery

Hosted at the Stantec Innovation Centre, this event will focus on key aspects of project delivery and team dynamics through the discussion of personal experience.

Join us as we discuss key principles of project delivery with a focus on collaboration, risk identification and project management. Nichola Sinclair-Foreman, Director at M3 Development Management, and James Williamson, Principal at Stantec, will candidly share their experience with the BMO Centre Expansion project as a key case study, a project which their companies both played important roles in successfully delivering.
