Join CREW Calgary and Repowered Leadership in an interactive workshop designed to provide practical tools and exercises, empowering you to master difficult conversations.

This workshop will be led by Megan Gill, who is a sought-after keynote speaker and executive coach with over 15 years of experience in the corporate world, specifically in the energy industry.

Participants will elevate their leadership and communication skills with 'Mastering Difficult Conversations,' a workshop designed to empower participants with the tools to confidently tackle tough situations. In this session, Megan will present the PACE method—Prepare, Address, Conclude, Evaluate—to strategically manage challenging interactions for better outcomes. This session will help CREW Calgary members enhance their ability to communicate with clarity and empathy, making every conversation an opportunity for impact and growth.
