Join CREW Calgary and ULI Alberta on September 18th for a walking tour of Marda Loop, showcasing the latest residential, commercial, and retail developments shaping this vibrant community.

Featuring insights from Sarina Homes, Truman/CO-OP Calgary, and Leonard Development Group, the tour offers an inside look at transformative projects driving growth and vibrancy in the area.

Schedule

2:30pm – CREW/ULI members arrive at the Madison

2:45pm - 3:30pm – Event begins:  Max to provide overview of Sarina Homes projects in Marda Loop and tour the commercial units in the Madison

3:45pm – Walk down 33rd Ave to Truman/Co-op Sales Center

4:00pm - 4:30pm – Jim Gordon (Calgary CO-OP) & Joanna Patton (CivicWorks) to provide overview of the new Truman/CO-OP Development

4:45pm – Walk down 34th Ave to Leonard Group developments:  Rod Leonard to stop and talk about the units

5:15pm - 5:30pm – Walk over to Marda Loop Brewing for drinks & light food

6:30pm – Event ends (attendees can choose to stay)
