Join CREW Calgary and Vanessa Kolias from Boardwalk for a four-part (hybrid) AMA series (with Sessions 1 & 2 combined) exploring the commercial real estate acquisitions process.

Participants will gain practical insight into evaluating investment opportunities and the key analytical frameworks used to take a deal from initial opportunity through to drafting a competitive LOI. While members are encouraged to attend all sessions, they are welcome to join any session that interests them.

This interactive AMA series will walk participants through the key stages of evaluating and pursuing investment opportunities, from sourcing potential deals and assessing value to developing a compelling investment thesis and drafting a competitive Letter of Intent (LOI).

Designed for both emerging and experienced professionals, the series offers a behind-the-scenes look at the analytical frameworks, decision-making processes, and negotiation strategies used in commercial acquisitions. While members are encouraged to attend the full series for the most comprehensive learning experience, they are welcome to join any session that aligns with their interests.
