REGISTRATION

MEMBER Registration opens May 11 at 10:00am MST
**Members will be emailed a registration code on Sunday, May 10**

NON-MEMBER Registration opens May 12 at 10:00am MST

Membership status will be verified following registration.  Non-members using member-only codes will have their tickets cancelled.

REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY

All registrations are final and non-refundable. In limited circumstances, refund requests may be considered in the event of a medical issue that prevents attendance. Requests must be submitted to crew@crewcalgary.com to initiate review. Approval of any such request is at the sole discretion of the event organizers and may require supporting documentation. If a refund is approved, all administrative and processing costs incurred by the organizers will be deducted from the refund amount.

Registrations are fully transferable. Participants may transfer their registration to another individual at any time prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the original registrant to notify the planning committee of any player substitutions, including updated participant details and any dietary restrictions, by contacting crew@crewcalgary.com.
