CREW Calgary is pleased to invite CREW Members for an exclusive professional development retreat!  Join us in the heart of the Rockies on March 11-13, 2026 for an unforgettable spring retreat that will elevate your personal and professional journey!

While basking in the beauty of the Kananaskis Valley, a 1-hour drive from Calgary’s city limits, you’ll have to the opportunity to engage with fellow members, participate in workshops designed to inform and educate and be inspired by our keynote speaker.

The retreat will be capped at 90 attendees and is only open to CREW members in good standing.

Schedule:

Wednesday, March 11, 2026:
3:00 pm: On-Site Event Registration Opens
6:30-8:00 pm: Welcome Reception in the Explorer Rooms (inclusive of light fare and beverages)

Thursday, March 12, 2026:
7:00-8:00 am: Morning Yoga/Meditation (optional attendance)
8:30-9:30 am: Networking Breakfast
9:30-12:00 pm:  Opening Remarks and Keynote Presentation
Dr. Brynn Winegard (inclusive of Q&A session and book signing)
12:00-1:00 pm: Networking Lunch
1:15 – 4:00 pm: Guest Speaker Sessions (inclusive of coffee/tea)

4:30-5:15 pm: Optional Netwalk (weather dependent)
6:00-7:00 pm: Cocktail Hour

9:00-11:00 pm: Optional: Continue the Evening with CREW Members at Blacktail Lounge

Friday, March 13, 2026:
Breakfast at your leisure
9:00 am: Optional: Nordic Spa (Hydrotherapy at Discounted Rates or Massage Therapy)
11:00 am: Check out

Accommodations:  CREW Calgary has a group rate with the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge ranging from $339CAD-$689CAD to suit a variety of occupancy preferences (single, double & triple). After the 17th, rooms will be based on availability.

Members will also have the ability to access to the room reservation rate 3 days prior and 3 days post Retreat dates (based on availability).

Once you have registered, information to book a room will be provided the confirmation email.

If you are looking to share a room, CREW Calgary can communicate that with other members looking for the same.
