*Are you currently based in Calgary?
As a Mentor, your commitment will include:
• Participating in the Kick-Off and shared Mentor & Mentee training event, held on a weekday during the week of Mar 30 – Apr 3 (to be confirmed) from 3:00 – 5:00pm. CREW Network supplies Mentor & Mentee module materials to help with your journey. This Mentorship Kick-Off Training typically involves an experienced leadership coach to supplement the materials provided by CREW Network as a value-add to our members, mentors and mentees.
• Meeting with your Mentee and sign a Mentorship Agreement to help clarify and accomplish goals.
• Participating in a minimum of five (5) meetings with your Mentee between April – September. You’re welcome to meet more!
• Participating in the Wrap-Up event, typically held in late September on a weekday between 3:00 – 5:00pm.
