WorkScale Lunch and Learn: Flexible, Customized Work Environments

CREW Calgary recently hosted a lunch and learn event exploring WorkScale ^TM, an evaluation program developed and managed by Toker + Associates. WorkScale ^TM is used to assist organizations striving to understand how their employees work so that they may customize their work environment. Zarina Ramal-Shah from Toker + Associates led the discussion with over 20 CREW Calgary members and guests at Sunterra Keynote during this presentation and networking lunch.

Zarina emphasized the importance of employee engagement while creating customized spaces. An interactive discussion on how work space flexibility and employee mobility have changed the way companies design their workplaces, including the increasingly relevant topics of collaborative layouts and workspace sharing.
