CREW Calgary held a lunch and learn panel discussion on Affordable Housing and Housing Affordability in the beautifully restored Hudson space on June 19th. The panel, moderated by Gillian Lawrence, engaged the audience in a thought provoking discussion around housing and its application/impact to commercial real estate and to cities as a whole.
Our engaging panelists included: Grace Lui, Director, Strategic Initiatives & Government Relations, BILD, Frances Martin-DiGiuseppe, Principal and Founder, Q4 Architects, Sarah Woodgate - President of Calgary Housing Company and Director of Calgary Housing, The City of Calgary, and Wenting Wu - Financial Analyst, Brookfield Properties.
Our attendees enjoyed time for networking before and after the presentation. A delicious lunch was catered by the The Guild Restaurant, one of the latest steakhouses by Oliver & Bonacini.
