The CREW Calgary April 17th Public Speaking Workshop put a fresh polish on our members’ presentation confidence and skills. Ms. Helga Bender of Toastmasters, offered suggestions on how to hook your audience, ways to communicate your ideas across, keep your cool, and thinking on the spot.

Over 70 members attended and we had the opportunity to put these public speaking points into action in the workshops at each table. Helga also offered practical answers during the question and answer period.

This lunchtime workshop and networking event was hosted at the beautiful Alt Hotel in East Village and a delicious chicken lunch was served created by Charbar.

CREW Calgary looks forward to hearing and seeing our members present with more spring in their step.
