Mentorship Kick-Off Success!

CREW Calgary had their first mentorship event on April 24th and it was a complete success!

We kicked off our event with a round-table introduction and posed the question “what have you learned from COVID-19 both professionally and personally”?  We had no idea what to expect however were pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful insight and widely varying perspectives on how we have all adapted.  We couldn’t believe that the discussion lasted over 1 hour and all I can say is WOW to our membership!  Then it was time to formally introduce the Mentor/Mentee pairings. With the support of our Board of Directors and our Mentorship Committee, we were able to kick-off our program with a bang and we are thankful to everyone’s support and very excited for the balance of the year!

Special shout out to Vin Room for a coordinating seamless delivery to 20 different residences.  Our meal included cheese & charcuterie, salad and dessert.  Oh and a bottle of vino of course!  We were spoiled by Vin Room!
