Mentorship Program Application

Beginning in April of 2020, we are pleased to launch a comprehensive Mentorship Program to CREW Calgary members as a cornerstone of the new Elevate Initiative.  The program will be designed to match Mentors (seasoned experience in their field) with Mentees (new to their career).

Applications are now being accepted, click below to access forms and send to Laurae Sprindler.  Deadline to apply is February 15.

The Mentorship Committee is pleased to offer this program to Mentees for a registration cost of only $50.  Should cost be a barrier to participation, please contact Laurae Spindler (Committee Chair). 

• Mentee Application Fee

1. Mentor training event (Mentors only)
   Wednesday March 18^th from 11:30am – 1:30pm with catered lunch provided.  This event will be lead by an experienced Executive Coach and will include 2 follow up coaching sessions (45 minutes each), to be scheduled between Mentor and Coach at their convenience.  The Mentorship Committee is excited to offer this incredible value for our Mentor members!
2. Program Kick-Off (Mentor & Mentee) 
   Pairings will be announced and this event will provide a time for Mentors and Mentees to be introduced.  Thursday April 23^rd  from 4:00 – 6:00pm at Vin Room in Mission.
3. Program Wrap-Up (Mentor & Mentee)
   Thursday October 29^th from 11:30am – 1:30pm.  Location TBD however catered lunch will be provided.
