2023 brings new changes and new opportunities! Start the year off as a mentor!

This past year was the 3rd successful year of the CREW Calgary Mentorship Program. We are encouraged by the overwhelmingly positive feedback we have received from both Mentor and Mentee participants and continue to work to improve and expand the program. Here is some of what our participants had to say:

We encourage you to consider applying for 2023 and take advantage of this valuable program for yourself. The Mentorship Program is designed to match Mentors (seasoned experience in their field) with Mentees (newer to their career).

Currently we are asking for any members that wish to become a MENTOR to please download and complete the application form and submit it to Danielle Chabot by 5pm on January 13, 2023.

A mentor would be someone who:

• Wants an opportunity to share things you have learned. Your experience is valuable!
• Wants to give back to others in our industry.
• 10+ years of work experience (does not all have to be in real estate).

We will be offering those selected mentors the opportunity for training to help the mentor and mentee gain the most from this 8-month commitment.

Applications for Mentees will be available soon. We ask Mentors to come forward first so when Mentees are applying, they can see who may be available to support them on this journey. Mentees, your opportunity to apply will start January 27, 2023, so mark your calendars!
