Event Recap: UCREW Program Session III

On March 5th, 2025, CREW Calgary celebrated the completion of the inaugural UCREW Calgary – Navigating Real Estate Program. The event took place at the 240Fourth Conference & Tenant Lounge, where nine students presented their projects at the Session Ill – Competitions and Awards event, competing for scholarships up to $2,000 cash, a 2025 Calgary Real Estate Forum Experience package, and CREW Calgary Student memberships.

The top five students were:

• 1st Place: Sydney Palmer – Creative Spaces, Smart Leasing
• 2nd Place: Devon Everard – Asset Management and Office Conversion
• 3rd Place: Kate Bartel – The Maple Volleyball Centre
• 4th Place: Geordon Pye-Matheson – Redevelopment: A Discipline of Site Selection
• 5th Place: Siraaj Shah – Gateway Hub
