We are seeking passionate, engaged, and forward-thinking members to join the 2027 CREW Calgary Board of Directors. Serving on the Board is an opportunity to contribute your expertise, strengthen our organization, and help advance CREW Calgary’s mission of supporting and elevating women and diverse talent in commercial real estate.
Nomination Deadline: Monday, August 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Why serve on the Board?
As a Board member, you will have the opportunity to:
- Help shape the strategic direction of CREW Calgary
- Collaborate with respected leaders across Calgary’s commercial real estate industry
- Expand your professional network and leadership experience
- Support the growth and success of our members and community
- Contribute to a dynamic and purpose-driven organization
Board Responsibilities
Board members are expected to:
- Attend monthly Board meetings throughout 2027, with orientation and transition activities beginning in late 2026
- Participate in strategic planning, governance, and budget oversight
- Actively support and promote CREW Calgary’s mission, values, and initiatives, through attendance at CREW events, and as an ambassador to CREW.
- Serve as a liaison to one of CREW Calgary’s committees
Time Commitment
- Monthly Board meeting: Approximately 2 hours
- Committee participation: Monthly meetings and ongoing engagement throughout the year

We will be hosting a Microsoft Teams open house on Friday, July 17 at 10:00 AM for anyone who would like to ask questions of the current President or other Board members about Board service.
This is a great opportunity to learn more about the experience, expectations, and time commitment involved.
