Yoga is a mind-body practice with the goal of making that connection. Recharge with CREW's Members Only yoga class event.
Join us on March 20th for a gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga class strengthening our bodies through a series of postures starting where you are! This is a yoga class for everyone.
Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and a lock for the change room lockers. There is limited space so it is appreciated when signing up for this event you honor your commitment.
Please fill out your Waiver Document in advance of the session.
We will be meeting outside of the BVS Fitness Centre at 4:30 PM and will go into the fitness centre together with Waivers.
