Taza Development Site Tour

Join us for a members-only tour of one of the largest First Nations developments in North America, encompassing 25 million square feet of leasable space. Developed in partnership between The Tsuut'ina Nation and Canderel and guided by Tsuut'ina values, Taza aims to create a culturally integrated and self-sustaining development that the Nation can be proud of.

The Tsuut'ina Nation and Canderel have joined forces to launch the Taza development project, which is one of the largest First Nations developments in North America. With 25 million square feet of leasable space, Taza stands as the largest Indigenous-led development in North America and potentially the world.

The Taza Development Corporation has achieved Silver Recognition for its Sustainability Lease, which addresses environmental, social, and economic issues. The project is driven by Tsuut'ina values, aiming to create a development that the Nation can take pride in and that integrates culture into every aspect, establishing a self-sustaining legacy. The partnership between Taza Development and Canderel shares a unified vision regarding community values and sustainability, making it an exceptional collaboration.

This event will be a unique opportunity to explore the Taza site and hear about the development experience and history from the developer, Canderel.  The tour will be via bus, beginning and ending at Lennox Irish Pub, and we invite everyone to join us for some drinks and appetizers afterwards.
