Volunteer: Member Education Committee

CREW Network is opening recruitment for volunteers interested in serving on the 2019 Member Education Committee (MEC). The committee develops session content, identifies potential speakers and assists with preparing for breakout sessions.

This would be an amazing opportunity to get involved and ensure there is more Canadian representation at the highest levels!

Volunteers should have:

• Expertise and knowledge in a specific area or asset class of CRE (e.g. office, industrial, mixed-use, hospitality, retail);
• A network of executive thought-leaders in the industry that can be tapped for speaking roles;
• Global perspective and ability to envision sessions that are innovative and forward-looking;
• Ability to participate in one planning meeting (in person) Dec. 3-4, 2018 in Orlando, Fla.;
• Willingness to attend the 2018 convention and participate as a “listener” to observe sessions and excursions; and
• Willingness and ability to attend the 2019 convention. 

Member education and professional development are cornerstones of CREW Network’s strategic plan. The MEC’s work will require high-level, pro-active thought leadership to create innovative industry programs and exceptional breakout sessions for our members. 

Please note: Applications are due July 13. The term of service for MEC members will be Sept. 1, 2018 through the completion of the convention being planned (Sept. 2019).
